The First Dollar Challenge
Make your first dollar. For real.
There's a moment that changes how a young person sees themselves forever: the first time another human being hands over real money for something they made or did. Not allowance. Not a gift. A customer. That moment is what FirstMade exists for, and the challenge takes three days.
The challenge
Write one offer — a specific thing, for specific people, at a price. Name ten people before you ask anyone. Ask all ten, and log exactly what each one said. That's it. Ten answers in three days, and you'll know something almost nobody your age knows: whether your idea is real.
The nos count too
Most people quit at three asks. Finish all ten and you're in rare company even if every answer is no — that's the Ten No Club, and the badge is earned, not given. Ten nos is a finished job that cost you nothing and told you exactly what to change. Your first no earns its own moment in the app, because people who collect nos are the ones who finish.
The receipt
Every finished round produces your card: ten bars, the nos in red, the maybes in gold, the yeses in lime, and what you'd change in your own words. No customer names, no school, no location — just proof. Post it anywhere with one tap and let it ask the only question that matters: think you can beat it?
When someone pays you — you're FirstMade
The first logged dollar gets the biggest celebration in the app, because it's the whole point. From there the levels keep going: First $100, the repeat customer, First $1,000. Every level gets checked against something real — an ask you logged or money you got paid. There’s no way to fake it. The founders who choose to show it land on the First Dollar Wall — first names only.
The deal: ages 13–18, an adult in your life knows, and finding your offer is free; backing the round is $4.99 a month, paid by your adult, after a free 3 days. No ads, no catch, and never a cut of what you earn.
