What we know about you, and what we do with it.

Who holds your information. FirstMade is operated by NooCyte Inc., a Wyoming corporation, which is responsible for the information described on this page. When this page says “we,” it means NooCyte Inc.

FirstMade is a coaching app that helps teenagers (13 to 18) go from an idea to a first paying customer. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and the things we will never do with it. We wrote it so the person actually using the app can read it — not just their parents' lawyer.

The short version. We collect the minimum the app needs to work: your email, first name, birth month and year, your adult's first name and email, and the things you write inside the app. We don't run ads, we don't sell or share your information for marketing, there is no public profile, no feed, and no way for other users to see anything you write. Nothing you type is shown to anyone but you, apart from the First Dollar Wall if you choose to post there (see below).

What you give us

When you sign up we ask for your email address (to send you a sign-in link — there's no password), your first name (so the coach knows what to call you), the year you were born (so the app can keep the coaching appropriate for your age, and keep out anyone under 13), and the first name and email of the adult who knows. We email that adult once, when you first save your progress, to tell them you started, share the safety rules, and give them a way to stop it. We do not email them again unless they ask, and we never send them your conversations. you're doing this. If you join the waiting list on our homepage, we keep that email and whether you said you're a teenager or a parent.

What you create in the app

The app stores the work you do in it: your offer and price, the first names you enter for the ten people you plan to ask, what those people said when you asked, any amounts you record, your cost and time numbers, your end-of-round notes, and your conversation with KRock, the coach. This is your record of your rounds — it's the whole point of the product — and it's visible only to you. One exception you control: if you choose to post to the First Dollar Wall, your first name, your lane and the milestone you reached become public on that page. Nothing else does, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

About other people's names: the app only ever asks for a first name or a place ("Mrs. Alvarez", "the bake sale"). Please don't type full names, addresses, phone numbers, or school names for the people on your list — the app doesn't need them and works better without them.

What we don't collect

No precise location. No contact-list upload. No photos. No microphone. No tracking you across other apps or websites. No advertising or analytics cookies. What stays on your own device. The app keeps a few small things in your browser’s storage so it works smoothly: whether sound is on; whether you have heard KRock’s introduction; whether you dismissed the install tip; a referral code if you arrived through a friend’s link (kept 30 days); a milestone waiting to be shared; and, before you sign in, your first name, birth month and year, your adult’s first name and email, and your lane, so you don’t lose them mid-way. None of this is sent anywhere until you choose to save your progress. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data for firstmade.ai.

How we use it

Only to run the product: signing you in, saving your rounds, and giving KRock the context it needs to coach you (your age band, your lane, your offer, and where you are in the process). We may look at overall numbers all together — like what percentage of users finish ten asks — to improve the product and, as our homepage says, to publish honest results. Those overall numbers never identify you.

Who else touches the data

Three companies help us run FirstMade, as service providers only: Supabase hosts our database and sign-in (servers in the United States), Vercel hosts the website, and Anthropic processes your messages with KRock so the coach can reply. They process data to provide the service to us — they don't get to use it for their own advertising or sell it. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we have no ad partners. If the law ever compels us to disclose something, we'll only do what the law actually requires.

Ages

FirstMade is for people aged 13 to 18. The app asks your birth year and won't set up an account for anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you're a parent and believe that has happened, contact us at the address below.

Your choices

You can see everything the app knows about you by opening it — your data is the app. To correct something, change it in the app. To delete your account and everything in it, or to ask for a copy of your data, email us and we'll do it. Parents of a user can make the same requests.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is locked to your own account at the database level, and there is no messaging or sharing between users anywhere in the product — which removes the biggest risk most youth apps carry.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say what changed in plain language. We won't quietly weaken it.
