Terms of use
The deal, in plain language.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Who “we” is. FirstMade is made and operated by NooCyte Inc., a Wyoming corporation. When these terms say “we,” “us” or “FirstMade,” they mean NooCyte Inc. When they say “you,” they mean the teenager using the app and, for anything involving payment or consent, the parent or guardian acting for them.
These terms are the agreement between you and FirstMade when you use firstmade.ai and the FirstMade app. By using FirstMade you're agreeing to them. We kept them short and honest on purpose.
Who can use FirstMade
FirstMade is for people aged 13 to 18. When you sign up you tell us your birth year and name an adult who knows what you're doing. That adult doesn't get an account, but they're part of the deal: the product is built on the assumption that a real adult in your life knows you're running this experiment. If you're a parent, you're welcome to read everything on this site — that's why it's public.
What FirstMade is
FirstMade is coaching software. It walks you through writing an offer, naming ten people, asking them, recording what happened, and working out what your time is actually worth. KRock, the coach, is software, not a person — it's an AI, it can be wrong, and it never does the asking for you. The work is yours, and so is the credit.
What FirstMade is not
FirstMade is not business, legal, tax, or financial advice. It teaches a method and does math. Whether a specific business is allowed where you live — permits, food rules, labor rules for your age, taxes — is something you and your adult check for your own city and state. When the app flags something (like the U.S. federal self-employment tax rules that can become relevant around $400 of net earnings), that's a reminder to go check, not advice.
Your safety rules
These aren't fine print — they're the actual rules of using FirstMade: your named adult knows what you're doing; you meet people you don't know only in public places or online; you never go into someone's home alone for work; and you follow what the coach says about age-appropriate work. If a conversation with anyone ever stops being about your offer and starts making you uncomfortable, stop and tell your adult. The app will tell you the same thing.
What it costs
Levels 1 to 3 are free and always will be. Picking your lane, working with KRock, and writing your one-sentence offer never cost anything, and never need a card.
Everything after that is the plan. Naming your ten, logging your asks, the money math and every level above 3 are part of the FirstMade plan.
The plan
- Price: $4.99 per month (US dollars).
- Free first: a 3-day First Dollar Challenge, free. A card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during those 3 days.
- Who pays: an adult. A person under 18 cannot buy the plan. The adult who enters the card must be the parent or legal guardian of the account holder, and by paying they agree to these Terms on that account's behalf.
- Then it renews: when the 3 free days end, the card is charged $4.99 and then automatically once a month until it is cancelled. It keeps renewing until you stop it.
- Cancel any time: use the "Manage plan" link inside the app, which opens a secure page run by our payment processor. Cancelling stops all future charges. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Cancel before the 3 days end and you are charged nothing at all.
- Refunds: we do not refund partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until that month runs out.
- Price changes: if we change the price, we will email the paying adult at least 30 days before the new price applies. Continuing after that date means accepting the new price. If you don't want it, cancel before then.
- If a payment fails: we will retry and email the paying adult. If it keeps failing, the plan pauses. The teenager keeps everything they have written and logged, and can pick up where they left off once payment is fixed.
We never take a cut
FirstMade does not take any percentage of money your teenager earns, and never will. The $4.99 plan price is the only thing we charge. There are no other fees, no commission, and no ads.
How payment is handled
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We store only whether an account's plan is active, when the current period ends, and the email address of the paying adult.
Your stuff
Everything you write in FirstMade — your offer, your list, your answers, your notes — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can work (see the Privacy page for exactly what that means). Your share card is yours to post wherever you want.
Playing it straight
Don't use FirstMade to sell anything illegal, dangerous, or against the rules for your age; don't log asks that didn't happen (you'd only be lying to yourself — the whole product is the honest record); don't try to break into other people's data; and don't use the coach for anything other than what it's for. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that put anyone at risk.
No guarantees
We don't promise you'll make money. We promise you'll find out the truth about your offer. Ten no's is a completed experiment, not a failure — and it isn't grounds for a refund of the plan, because the plan pays for the coaching, not the outcome. FirstMade is provided "as is": we work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or bug-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid NooCyte Inc. for the plan in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop using FirstMade any time, and you or your parent can have your account and data deleted by emailing us. We can close accounts that break these terms. Your completed rounds stay exactly as they were recorded until you delete them — nothing gets rewritten.
Which law applies
NooCyte Inc. is a Wyoming corporation, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute can’t be settled by talking to us first — which we’ll always try — it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree those courts can hear it. Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections you’re entitled to under the laws of the place you live.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and say what changed. Continuing to use FirstMade after a change means you accept it.
